- Design and deliver engaging training programs (e.g., workshops, and leadership development).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Manage training budgets, vendors, and learning technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, HR & Leadership, Organizational Development, Education, Organizational Psychology, or any Business related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience out of this 4 years in training and development or Leadership & Development.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and learning tools.
- Certification of training is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure ROI on training programs.
