  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market expansion, partnerships, and service innovation.
  • Oversee all Ethiopost business portfolios, smooth relation with clients and operational execution
  • Prepare and present performance reports, business proposals, and financial forecasts to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government service, agency service, logistics, financial services, e-commerce, and retail.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies
  • Identify and build partnerships with new business streams, government organizations financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, and logistics providers, .
  • Develop MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding) , service level agreements and contracts to formalize strategic alliances.
  • Develop strategies to diversify Ethiopost's revenue streams beyond postal services.
  • Spearhead the development of new services such as government services, agency services, ecommerce ,retail, digital payments, bulk payment processing, and logistics solutions.
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics, revenue trends, and customer insights.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on business development activities and revenue generation.
About You
  • Degree in marketing, sales with 4 years of experience
