We are seeking a motivated IT Managerto join our dynamic team.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology infrastructure and support operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the IT department, manage IT staff, ensure systems and networks run efficiently and securely, and support the technology needs of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software.
Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals (system admins, support staff, developers, etc.).
Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are maintained and compliant.
Identify and implement IT improvements to meet company goals.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels.
Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses.
Follow up and recommend IT procurement.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Develop IT policies and best practices.

About YouQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Experience in managing teams and complex projects.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
