If you are Warehouse supervisor, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BESafety & QualityEnsure all warehouse operations comply with Unilever’s safety, hygiene, and quality standardsMonitor pest control, pallet hygiene, and truck loading safety.Enforce GMP and 5S practices across all shifts.Workplace hazardsImplement processes to reduce material waste during handling, storage, and dispatch.Conduct regular inspections to identify risks such as slippery floors, pest activity, or unsafe stackingTake corrective actions immediately and escalate unresolved issues.OperationsSupervise and coordinate all warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.Maintain 100% stock accuracy and strict FIFO compliance.Ensure proper utilization of racking systems and warehouse space.Oversee MHE operations and coordinate maintenance.Manage market return products as per company policySystem & Process ComplianceEnsure full usage of WMS, SAP, and RF systems.Record and manage truck turnaround times and dispatch schedules.Monitor and report operational performance metricsAdministrationEnsure accurate documentation of all outbound transactions in SAP/WMS.Maintain dispatch schedules, truck turnaround records, and daily operational logs.Prepare and submit performance reports, inventory summaries, and compliance checklists.Support audit readiness by ensuring all records are complete, traceable, and alignedProblem SolvingInvestigate and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, system errors, or dispatch delays.Use data insights to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex challengesLeadership and RelationshipsBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, loaders, and third-party logistics partners.Represent the warehouse team in cross-functional meetings and improvement initiatives.Foster collaboration and trust across shifts and departments.Team LeadershipLead and develop warehouse shift teams.Ensure proper handovers and team alignment across shifts.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperience & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operationsBachelor’s degreeSAP or other ERP system knowledgeSkillsStrong leadership and team developmentProblem-solving and decision-makingAttention to detail and accuracyStakeholder management and communicationMS Office proficiencyLeadershipCritical SOL (Standards of Leadership) BehaviorsPASSION FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE: Takes personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results.
