- Sell electric vehicles to individual and corporate customers (B2C & B2B)
- Conduct product demos and test drives
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep up with EV market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain proper records using CRM tools
- Minimum 5 years in sales (at least 2 years in EV or automotive sector)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license (mandatory for test drives and field visits)
- Fluent in Amharic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
