Junior Accountant

• Responsible to collect transporters payment request, summarize them and report to immediate supervisor.
• Gather document for each operation and prepare payment request and submit to respected customers.
• Prepare check and payment vouchers
• Prepare invoices for collection
• Code and post payment and collection vouchers to Peachtree accounting software.
• Follow up collection by contacting customers' office
• Collect the necessary slip from bank for transfers and monthly bank statements
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare tax declaration online and conclude the necessary filling and payment of periodic taxes.
• Any other tasks within the scope
