Qualification & ExperienceBA Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in training evaluation. impact assessment, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.
Master's degree is preferred.

He/ She will analyze training outcomes, providing insights to enhance training methodology/strategies, and ensuring alignment with the Bank's goals.
