Qualification & ExperienceBA Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in training evaluation. impact assessment, or related roles within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
Certificate in training delivery and its impact assessment (an added advantage)Job SummaryThe job holder is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs within the bank and their overall expected impact on employees and the bank's performance. He/ She will analyze training outcomes, providing insights to enhance training methodology/strategies, and ensuring alignment with the Bank's goals. He/she will collaborate with various units to assess staff capability or behavior before training and then measure the impact of trainings on employee performance/behavior.Place of work: Addis Ababa (V.
