- Plan and execute procurement activities in line with organizational requirements and procurement policies.
- Identify reliable suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate terms and pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, pricing, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the finance, operations, and warehouse teams to align procurement with operational demands.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or production-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with procurement systems/software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
