- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in school management.
- Demonstrated commitment to student-centered education and safeguarding.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience managing school operations and pastoral care is highly desirable.
- International education experience is a plus.
