  • Develop and implement the school's educational vision in alignment with the Pharo Foundation's mission.
  • Oversee curriculum design and ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Champion a culture of academic rigor, inclusive learning, and personal growth.
  • Integrate inclusive education practices and differentiated instruction across classrooms.
  • Monitor teaching staff performance and lead professional development initiatives.
  • Promote teacher-led research and pedagogical innovation.
  • Drive improvements in learning outcomes and digital literacy.
  • Align teaching practices with national curriculum frameworks and global benchmarks.
Specific Academic Responsibilities
  • Enhance English proficiency, STEM education, and life skills through targeted strategies.
  • Integrate project-based learning and innovative teaching methods across all grades.
  • Supervise academic departments and foster inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Facilitate cross-grade and interdisciplinary initiatives for academic coherence.
  • Ensure standardized assessments and transparent academic reporting.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and feedback sessions to refine curriculum delivery.
  • Develop enrichment programs such as debate clubs, coding workshops, and academic competitions.
  • Oversee remedial and accelerated learning programs.
  • Promote effective use of educational technology and digital platforms.
Key Administrative Responsibilities
  • Monitor student welfare, discipline, and pastoral care with empathy and consistency.
  • Promote student leadership and voice through forums and mentorship programs.
  • Manage budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance.

About YouRequired Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in school management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student-centered education and safeguarding.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and people management skills.
  • Experience managing school operations and pastoral care is highly desirable.
  • International education experience is a plus.
