- Lead curriculum planning, review, and implementation in line with national and/or international standards.
- Monitor student achievement and instructional practices using data to drive improvement.
- Ensure inclusive education that supports all learners, including those with special needs.
- Supervise, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Lead teacher recruitment, induction, appraisal, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
- Oversee student discipline policies and procedures.
- Encourage student participation in academic, extracurricular, and civic activities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Manage resources efficiently, including budgets, timetables, school facilities, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and accreditation requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and the school community.
- Promote the school's image and reputation through transparent communication and public relations.
- Develop and implement school improvement plans aligned with the school's mission and strategic goals.
- Ensure school policies are up-to-date, communicated, and effectively implemented.
- Work closely with the school board or ownership on long-term development and resource planning.
- Degree or Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years for degree or zero years for MA degree of relevant teaching and leadership experience in a school setting.
