- Develop reporting standards and generate insights to be used to be used for decision making
- Based on the insights generated, give advice on improvement areas
- Responsible for all Sales Function data extractions, collations, retention, transformation, and presentation to support achievement of the function's objectives and key results
- Support OTIF in-field delivery of OPCO's end-state RTC vision
- Develop, leverage, and continuously improve relevant monitoring dashboards & other reports, specific to the OPCO's RTC transformation journey
- Actively support the Field Sales Team, Sales Leadership Team, & other commerce back-office teams with relevant reports/data for planning, in-field execution, and monitoring of major activities
- Provide training to relevant stakeholders on leveraging available reports to drive performance improvement
- Make relevant improvement recommendations (tools/solutions, processes & expected behaviours)
- Transfer standardized reports and dashboards to the Sales Reporting & Intelligence team for operational use.
- Make relevant RTC inputs during SP, ICP, AP & Business Review cycles
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests
- Perform other activities assigned by the line manager
- A Degree certification (BSc or BA) in Arts or Science disciplines
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics
- Proficiency reporting with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency with MS Power BI reporting
- Ability to analyse and present complex Sales, financial, and non-financial data in an organized, concise manner
- FMCG experience is an advantage
